Facility Technicians

We are seeking a reliable Facility Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to support the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of building facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will carry out routine inspections, respond to maintenance issues, and ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities)
• Diagnose and fix basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to reduce equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Ensure proper operation of generators, water systems, lighting, and fittings
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas
• Record maintenance activities and report faults to supervisors
• Support contractors and vendors during repair or installation works
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Facility Technician or similar role
• Technical training, trade certification, or OND in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
• Good problem-solving and fault-detection skills
• Physically fit and able to work on-site as required
